At Bridges Art Therapy, we offer several options for exploring the world of SoulCollage©. If you are new to SoulCollage©, you can take an introductory workshop at our neighborhood ArtsCenter during which you’ll learn all the basics of SoulCollage©. We also offer ongoing SoulCollage© Open Studio session at our office at 205 Lloyd St. Ste 203 in Carrboro. We believe SoulCollage© is most powerful when done in community and these Open Studio sessions offer opportunities to connect with other SoulCollagers and share collective wisdom.

SoulCollage© is also a fun and insightful team building activity. One of Bridget’s favorite things to do is to bring SoulCollage© into workspaces where people rarely get to make art. Through our work, we all need to tap into our creativity and SoulCollage© helps people to discover those skills in a new way. SoulCollage© can also help individual team members recognize their important roles at work and how they help to build a cohesive and productive community. If you are an HR representative or someone who is interested in having a workshop at your place of work, reach out for more details.

Soul Collage© is an intuitive and creative collage making process. Using simple materials, Soul Collagers create a personalized deck of cards with each card representing a part of their personality or soul. No art experience is needed to make Soul Collage© cards…all that is needed are supplies and a willingness to be open and learn about yourself.

Bridget has been a SoulCollage© Facilitator since 2011 and she is always grateful to have the opportunity to share this process with others. Bridget believes that, because the materials for SoulCollage© are easy to find and inexpensive, it is one of the most accessible art processes that exists. You don’t have to have a lot of money or lots of free time to experience the power of SoulCollage©.
